Shipping Policy

  1. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We provide free standard shipping to most countries. Additional shipping fees apply to South American countries due to logistical reasons. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  2. All product prices on our website are listed primarily in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices shown in other currencies are conversions based on current exchange rates (reviewed regularly). Please note that the alternative currency prices are for reference only and may fluctuate without prior notice in line with changes in the foreign exchange market. The final charge will be based on the prevailing HKD price converted to the customer’s local currency at the time of purchase.
  3. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking number(s).
  4. In the event of high order volume, there may be slight shipping delays. Please allow extra transit time. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
  5. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. All fees incurred during or after shipping, such as tariffs or taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.
