Compared with the original version, V2 allows deeper nuclear staining (by 3-4x) and brighter signals for both nuclear and antibody staining (by 2x). We recommend using the SYTOX™ nuclear stains for the best results.
We highly recommend using the BABB method for organoid clearing.
Ideal for use with confocal microscopy and light-sheet fluorescence microscopy.
Tissue Type: Organoids (max size 2mm x 2mm x 2mm, for tissues larger than this, we recommend using our regular OmniStain Standard kits).
